Located at the corner of 6th and Utica this property has been the location for multiple industrial companies that have all played a part in putting Tulsa on the map. Earliest indications are the location was home to a blacksmith between 1915 and 1923. In 1927 Progressive Brass Manufacturing Company opened a branch office in Tulsa, in 2019 that foundry became the new American Solera Brewery. Previously operating on the West side of the Arkansas River in an industrial location, American Solera was limited in production and technique due to size constraints. The new location allows American Solera to be an educational facility sharing multiple brewing processes with more people in the heart of Tulsa. This adaptive re-use provides American Solera with a “forever” home where the owners can give back to city they love.
